Holiday Shipping

Orders must be received by 12 noon CT December 17th to ensure delivery by December 24th. Please note this excludes AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order promptly, usually within 48 hrs after your order has been confirmed and authorized. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Orders are shipped via FedEx and should take 3-5 business days to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse. Oversize items are delivered via freight companies and may take longer (see below). In addition, some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may take longer.

We are currently unable to ship overseas, to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes.

Non-Continental U.S. Orders

Items shipped to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands have a $14.95 destination charge added to the base shipping rate to cover additional costs.

Oversize delivery

At times we may offer oversize or heavy items that are shipped through a freight company. A delivery surcharge is indicated in the product description where this is applicable. We will contact you with delivery specifics upon your order.

Returns

Merchandise purchased from Olive & Myrtle may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging with copy of original invoice included. Refunds are not issued except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email.

Return procedure

To return an item to us for replacement or store credit, email us at service@oliveandmyrtle.com or call us on 651-224-4327 Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm Central Time. We will issue you a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging. Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice, a note describing the problem and your Return Authorization number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective.

Please insure return packages for their full value and retain tracking information. Olive & Myrtle cannot assume responsibility for return packages not received.

Bedding Return Policy

Federal law prevents the sale of returned bedding products, including pillows, mattresses, toppers and sheets. Because we cannot resell bedding, we have a no returns policy on bedding. The only exception with this policy would be in the unlikely event of a manufacturer’s defect. In that case, the manufacturer will decide whether they will repair or replace an item.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for any time after date of issue. This credit has no expiration date.
